Gobzi is a VFR crosscountry calculator for Palm OS based hand held computers. This application calculates crosswind component, and head/tail wind component. In addition, it calculates time no route, flight time for remaining fuel and remaining fuel in gallons. Calculates time between checkpoints, and in crosscountry mode subtracts each check point distance from total distance. In addtion to these handy features, includes a density altitude and pressure altitude calculator. Also I have thrown in a measurement conversion calcualtor to convert gallons to liters, nautical miles, statute miles to kilometers, and temperature conversion.
The power of TreeRep lies in its versatility. TreeRep allows you to seach for a string in a directory and in all its subsequent subdirecories before you do any string replacement. Once your text is found, that file is automatically added to your selection. After the search is complete, the program returns into replace mode. You are now ready to implement your changes. Of course you can select files manually as well. For example, to manage a web-site with a number of subdirectories and often hundreds of files, TreeRep is an essential program. I tested the program on an Intranet site that contained 6527 *.htm files. Searching is so powerful that you can even do inverse search as well. Once you have a list, you can search through to find one specific link or file. LinkDir is a very small program that will let you find all files in a directory and list those files in a webpage. The list is aseries of links to each file in that directory.

DosTree.zip is a DOS based executable program that does multiple file string replacement across the entire directory or if you choose so, through all subdirectories as well. This program was designed to be compact but powerful and fast. Freeware. |
